We started Talona with just the two of us. No big plan, no slick business model, just the idea that we felt better in clothes that truly fit, not too tight, not too stiff, just comfortable. And we thought, more people should be able to enjoy that feeling.
We focus primarily on women’s fashion, especially dresses. You know, the kind of dress you put on and immediately think, yes, this is me. No fuss, no hesitation, just right. While we do offer a few items for men, that’s not where our heart lies.
We operate in the United Kingdom, which is also where we live. So we understand what people wear, what feels good, and what lasts. We try to keep things simple, timeless pieces, never too loud. The kind of items you love now and still reach for two years later.
Our team is small, and we like to keep it that way. No layers of management, no automated replies. Everything you see on the site has been personally selected and photographed by us. And if you email us, you’ll get a response from a real person.

4. Can I return my order?
Yes, you have the right to return your item within 30 days of receiving it. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, and include proof of purchase. For hygiene reasons, certain products are non-returnable. Read the full Return Policy for details.

6. Who pays for the return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. For high-value items (over £75), we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Your order can be returned within the UK. Typical return shipping costs for a clothing item within the UK range from £2.90 to £5.50, depending on the courier and package size.
